    If you are looking for a custom meal plan and workout routine that will go hand in hand with one another, you've come to the right person. I work closely with my clients to help them achieve their ideal physique and hopefully surpass their fitness goals to ensure maximum results and sustainability. I will create for you a meal and exercise plan that will be adjusted every week. Both, are customized for your goals and your goals only. You are able to choose between a gym or a home workout plan. Please note that you are responsible to check in with me weekly after starting your customized plan to receive adjustments, get your questions answered, and tell me all about the progress you've made throughout the days.

    After your purchase, I will follow up with you through the E-mail you provide at check out. You will receive a questionnaire that will need to be answered in detail with attached photos of your current physique. Please be sure to type in your correct E-mail. If you do not receive a follow up within a couple of hours please E-mail me with your name & order number, thank you.
